Christopher L. Driscoll is a partner with the Law Firm of Jonas & Driscoll. Mr. Driscoll is admitted to practice in the District Court for the Central and Northern Districts of California, as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Driscoll graduated in 1990 from Claremont McKenna College and holds a B.A. degree in economics. Mr. Driscoll graduated in 1993 from Loyola Law School.
He is a member of the St. Thomas More Law Honor Society. Following law school Mr. Driscoll joined the litigation department of the Los Angeles office of the prestigious law firm, Mudge Rose Guthrie Alexander and Ferdon. Subsequently, Mr. Driscoll became a judicial law clerk for a Magistrate Judge in the Central District of California. After the judicial clerkship Mr. Jonas and Mr. Driscoll formed Jonas & Driscoll, LLP. Mr. Driscoll has handled hundreds of matters. He has represented all types of individuals, from the most powerless individuals such as injured, poor immigrants, and women terminated due to their pregnancy, to the most powerful such as a CEO and the entire management of a multinational company, a racer in the Indianapolis 500, and the manager for a gold selling musical act as well as many healthcare professionals. Mr. Driscoll has handled all aspects of civil matters from the filing of the Complaint through affirmance of a jury verdict on appeal.
